Chocolate Berry Chateau

I made this for a work picnic for Hawk's office. It's a devil's food castle cake. The center is full of low-fat cream cheese frosting and topped w/ fresh berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries). It was a huge hit & I'm glad I took a photo. Posted by Picasa

AND it was low in fat. I use applesauce instead of oil for the cake and the filling was made w/ fat-free cream cheese. The only fat came from the eggs.

This is amazing!!!!! Totally incredible, now how goes one go about making something like this ? A form pan of some sort I'm guessing?

Yes. I believe you can still get the pan via Williams Sonoma and other specialty baking stores.
